Description

Lead product direction, planning, and execution for B2B SaaS products from conception through launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business ideas and use cases into product requirements, roadmaps, and actionable plans.
• Decompose high-level features into user stories and provide technical decisions for system-level questions.
• Guide scrum teams to deliver software at a consistent pace aligned with the product vision.
• Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to drive performance and feature improvements.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and customer-facing teams to manage release status and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building B2B SaaS products from concept to post-launch.
• Experience managing APIs, integrations, and ML-based products.
• Proven ability to conduct research, wireframing, and user feedback incorporation.
• Strong background in defect triage and managing development schedules.
• Experience with integrated solutions for Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Ability to translate complex problems into steps for the product development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Work directly with customers in pre-sales and collaborative scenarios to solve business problems.
