Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining key deliverables and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the design, configuration, development, and delivery of IT products.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user feedback.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in product-focused roles.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Strong technical background in software development and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability in AI, product design, configuration, and development.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
