Description

You will lead the security architecture evolution for a secure access product portfolio, including remote access VPN gateways, ZTA gateways, and cloud-based controllers.

Responsibilities

• Evolving product architecture to harden security across VPN, ZTA, and SaaS-based secure access services.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to developers to enhance code security and quality.
• Driving innovation by researching emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and exploitation techniques.
• Ensuring high standards for security, reliability, availability, performance, and scalability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems in a self-directed environment.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of hands-on experience working on platform-side Enterprise Networking Security Appliances.
• Extensive experience with Enterprise Networking Security products such as SSL-VPN, NAC, vADC, WAF, or Firewalls.
• Deep understanding of Linux OS, including SELinux, Linux internals, Linux kernel, system bring up, secure boot, and bootloader.
• Strong knowledge of container security and security practices for CI/CD.
• Experience analyzing and fixing issues identified by PSIRT teams.
• Practical knowledge of applied cryptography, including encryption at rest, TLS, hashing, and common attacks against modern algorithms.
• Strong understanding of certificates and encryption protocols.
• Proficiency in networking protocols such as DHCP, TCP/IP, AAA, RADIUS, LDAP, SNMP, 802.1X, and IPSec.
