You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Unified Profiles across first and third-party systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Unified Profiles across first and third-party systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize entity resolution algorithms and schema design.
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements, data models, and APIs.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to translate needs into impactful features, ensuring data quality.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in data platform or related technical domains.
• Proven track record building scalable data infrastructure or entity resolution systems.
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling, ETL Processes, APIs, and database technologies.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with AI/ML Algorithms for data matching and deduplication.
