Description

You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for key areas of the Customer Success platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-quarter vision, strategy, and OKRs, aligning with executive stakeholders.
• Run structured customer discovery and translate insights into PRDs, user stories, and prototypes.
• Prioritize features based on business objectives in collaboration with engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
• Collaborate daily with engineering in an Agile/Scrum process to deliver features and partner on go-to-market activities.
• Make tough prioritization decisions and communicate rationale clearly to unblock dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with APIs/SDKs, Data Models, ETL, identity, and permissions.
• Comfortable prompting LLMs and hacking quick demos in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience shipping both platform primitives and user-facing experiences in enterprise settings.
• Ability to quantify trade-offs and deliver incremental wins.
• Familiarity with Agile software development for web, mobile, and AI applications.
• Strong empathy for customer, sales, marketing, and engineering needs.

Preferred Skills

• End-to-end ownership of platform or data/integration-heavy areas.
• Experience with AI applications and data integration.
