You will own the product strategy and roadmap for proprietary AI/ML models that optimize client go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable and explainable models.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to validate hypotheses and identify customer pain points.
• Drive progress by defining success metrics and communicating results to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of driving product growth and achieving business targets in the Sales & Marketing industry.
• Deep knowledge of how B2B data supports sales and marketing team goals.
• Experience with GTM strategies.
• Experience with UX principles and user research.
• Ability to work across engineering and data science functions.
• Graduate degree in any field.

• Experience with proprietary AI/ML model optimization.
• Background in B2B data ecosystems.
