Responsibilities

• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable, explainable models.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to validate hypotheses.
• Drive progress by defining success metrics and communicating results to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record in the Sales & Marketing industry driving product growth.
• Experience with GTM strategies.
• Proficiency in UX principles and Analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with data science and engineering teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical model capabilities into business value.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with proprietary AI/ML model optimization.
• Background in client GTM motion strategies.
