Description

You will lead the discovery, delivery, and optimization of data insight platforms for marketing and merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source data insights to enable targeted messaging via streaming data and time-windowed delivery.
• Lead product discovery, platform delivery, and value measurement through continuous iterative improvement.
• Define and monitor platform success metrics including velocity, reliability, and performance for the platform and communication campaigns.
• Direct the investment strategy for first and third-party tools across the MarTech stack.
• Evaluate and implement Generative AI and machine learning opportunities to improve customer engagement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years managing marketing technology and data pipeline platforms for a user base exceeding 10M customers.
• Direct experience with customer-facing roles and customer handling.
• Experience with parallel, distributed data processing platforms (Apache Beam or Flink) for batch and streaming.
• Proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of internal platforms, from feedback incorporation to post-launch activities.
• Ability to collaborate with software engineering, data engineering, business analysts, and operators on end-to-end system design.
• Experience defining requirements ranging from APIs and platform-level specs to UX for self-service tools.
• Background in Product Management, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering.
