Description

You will lead product strategy and execution for Tier 1 banking and payment processor integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for embedded, white-label, and co-branded POS and eCommerce experiences.
• Own the end-to-end merchant lifecycle roadmap, from onboarding and activation to settlement and support.
• Develop segment-specific commerce strategies for verticals such as F&B, personal care, and retail.
• Drive API-first integration design by collaborating with platform teams on composable APIs and SDKs.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across payments, hardware, partnerships, and compliance teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in POS, payments, or eCommerce platforms.
• Proven track record of managing integrations with banks, ISOs, payment processors, or FinTechs.
• Deep knowledge of SMB commerce workflows, including inventory, catalog, payments, and fulfillment.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, SDKs, OAuth, and REST.
• Understanding of integration security standards including PCI-DSS, tokenization, and KYC workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
