Description

You will drive product strategy and lifecycle management for the commerce portfolio, focusing on payment workflows and end-to-end user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for commerce workflows centered on accepting and managing payments.
• Iterate and experiment on user experiences to build engagement loops and improve retention.
• Prioritize product roadmaps by collaborating with software engineering, legal, finance, and payments teams.
• Manage operational and project reporting to track progress and resolve user issues.
• Translate complex requirements into wireframes and work with UX teams to define web and mobile user journeys.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building products with a proven record of improving engagement, retention, and NPS.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis using QuickSight, Tableau, or Full Story.
• Experience using Elastic search databases.
• Ability to communicate requirements using Jira, Miro, Sequence Diagrams, and Flowcharts.
• Strong engineering competence to partner with developers on technical issues and requirement grooming.
• Experience managing product delivery in ambiguous environments with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree.
