You will define the vision and roadmap for proprietary AI/ML models that optimize client go-to-market motions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate strategy and roadmap for proprietary AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, explainable models.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to validate hypotheses and identify customer pain points.
• Define success metrics and communicate results to stakeholders to drive progress.
• Manage trade-offs, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects and teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML models, data science, or related fields.
• Experience managing AI/ML-based products involving complex data processing and analysis.
• Proven track record in the Sales & Marketing industry driving product growth and business targets.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of how B2B data supports sales and marketing objectives.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with proprietary model development and deployment in a B2B context.
