Description

You own the strategy and execution of the consumer innovation pipeline from concept to market launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and continuously improve the innovation pipeline to capture high-impact ideas.
• Design, refine, and optimize processes and tools to ensure the innovation system runs efficiently.
• Oversee the entire innovation funnel, managing idea progression through stage-gates aligned with strategic goals.
• Partner with business divisions and external firms to evaluate early-stage ideas and prototypes.
• Define, track, and report on key innovation performance metrics for leadership visibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program management experience managing consumer-facing innovation programs from concept to launch.
• 5+ years of experience building and managing an innovation pipeline and designing proprietary KPIs.
• 5+ years of experience presenting complex programs and strategic insights to C-suite executives.
• Program Management experience across large, complex programs in business units.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience managing innovation from concept through to consumer market launch.
