You will lead complex program execution across multiple workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and update parallel program frameworks and timelines, managing execution and ensuring milestone alignment.
• Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional meetings and driving priority.
• Ensure project documentation is current, complete, and stored appropriately, distributing progress reports.
• Develop metrics tracking mechanisms and standardize scalable processes for growth initiatives.
• Identify potential risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain the risk register.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently, especially with shifting priorities.
• Ability to recognize ambiguity and drive conversations to establish clear decision-making frameworks.
• Experience building or enhancing execution frameworks and processes using Jira, Wikis, and Slack.
• Ability to collaborate with data science teams and navigate KPI/OKR frameworks.
• Proficiency in persuasion, empathy, persistence, and adaptability.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in optimizing workflows.
