Description

Lead large-scale enterprise technology transformations by managing complex master schedules and driving cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the end-to-end integrated master schedule, translating restructuring priorities into technology delivery tracks and clarifying cross-portfolio dependencies.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Architecture to align priorities, coordinate work, and maintain integrated delivery plans.
• Establish operating cadences, governance routines, and transparent reporting mechanisms to ensure predictable execution and consistent delivery.
• Identify cross-portfolio impacts, mitigate technical dependencies, and escalate critical blockers to executive leadership with clarity.
• Define and track key success metrics to validate program value and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise program management and technology transformations.
• Proven understanding of foundational corporate systems and asset-related business processes, ideally within complex SAP environments (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Deep technical expertise in constructing and tracking multi-layered enterprise program schedules (Master Scheduling).
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies with hands-on experience utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Expert proficiency with Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort leveraging modern AI productivity tools.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent applied senior-level experience.
