Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the Owner Representative and RFK PMO.
Lead the planning, development, and delivery of large-scale public infrastructure projects, including transportation, utilities, multi-modal facilities, public facilities, and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee project management, construction management, risk mitigation, and quality control.
Manage teams of consultants, maintain project schedules, and ensure adherence to budgets.
Collaborate with public sector agencies on capital construction programs, procurement, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Facilitate communication and coordination via meetings, calls, and written correspondence to advance project milestones.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in public infrastructure project delivery.
Proven record of successfully managing large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
Demonstrated experience with public sector agencies, project development, procurement, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Experience managing tight schedules, budgets, and project risks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI
Program Management Professional (PgMP) – PMI
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) – CMAA
Professional Engineer (PE) License (as applicable)
LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) – USGBC
