Description

You will lead large-scale public infrastructure project delivery, acting as the primary liaison between the Owner Representative and RFK PMO. You will oversee planning, construction management, risk mitigation, and quality control for transportation, utilities, and multi-modal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of complex public infrastructure projects including sustainability initiatives and public facilities.
• Manage teams of consultants, maintain project schedules, and ensure strict adherence to budgets.
• Oversee construction management, risk mitigation, and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with public sector agencies on capital construction programs, procurement, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate communication and coordination via meetings, calls, and written correspondence to advance project milestones.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in public infrastructure project delivery.
• Proven record of successfully managing large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience with public sector agencies, project development, procurement, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience managing tight schedules, budgets, and project risks effectively.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in public sector environments.
