Description

You will own the integrated master schedule and execution governance for large-scale enterprise technology transformations, ensuring predictable delivery across complex cross-portfolio dependencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end master schedules, translating enterprise restructuring priorities into technology delivery tracks.
• Establish operating cadences and governance routines to ensure consistent delivery across diverse product and project teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Architecture to align priorities and maintain integrated delivery plans.
• Proactively identify cross-portfolio impacts, mitigating technical dependencies and escalating critical blockers to executive leadership.
• Define and track key success metrics to validate program value and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 11 to 15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale, complex enterprise program management.
• Proven background as a master scheduler with deep technical expertise in constructing multi-layered enterprise program schedules.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Expert proficiency with Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel, and familiarity with modern AI productivity tools.
• Experience with foundational corporate systems, ideally within complex SAP environments spanning Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent applied senior-level experience.
