Description

You will own the management, tracking, and reporting of Security Compliance Programs, partnering with leadership to drive enterprise-wide transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP and C-suite leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable program plans.
• Lead execution and transformation programs driving enterprise-wide compliance efforts.
• Track and report program milestones and KPIs using data insights focused on OKRs.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and actions.
• Identify and escalate risks to leadership, providing actionable resolution recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in compliance.
• Proficiency in using data insights for decision-making and reporting.
• Experience managing program budgets and resource allocation.
• Ability to influence organizational strategy through operational effectiveness.
