Description

You will lead multiple cross-functional R&D projects, specifically focusing on the Intelliblade product family within Microwave Ablation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate resources across R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Usability, and Medical Affairs.
• Manage project lifecycles from initial concept through full production, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Design Control Process, clarifying tools and creating templates and processes.
• Guide projects through QMS phase reviews and ensure all design control deliverables are met.
• Mitigate risks, manage scheduling, and handle stakeholder communication while aggressively resolving threats to project duration and spend.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience, or 6 years with a Master's degree.
• Direct experience managing medical device programs involving capital equipment (e.g., floor-standing consoles with touch screens) and single-use disposables.
• Deep understanding of medical device regulations and design control requirements for electromechanical systems (electronics, mechanical assemblies, software, and graphical displays).
• Proven track record of managing R&D projects from concept to full production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an Engineering background (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems) highly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
