Description

You will lead the QA function, defining test strategies and managing a team of test engineers. You own the end-to-end quality lifecycle, from manual verification to advanced automation and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and leads, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and scenarios covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Playwright.
• Plan and execute performance and load testing activities using JMeter.
• Establish quality metrics, track release readiness, and report actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA and test engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in Playwright Automation framework and automated testing practices.
• Proven experience in Performance Testing using JMeter.
• Strong background in Manual Testing and QA Manual methodologies.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable test frameworks.
• Leadership experience managing QA teams and driving delivery.
• Ability to define quality metrics and implement reporting mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience auditing code repositories and documentation for compliance.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex defect resolution.
