You will drive the quality engineering strategy and execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom tools, test harnesses, and automation frameworks for functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Define and execute automation strategies, guiding the team to improve coverage and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the integration of AI technologies into QA workflows for intelligent test generation and defect prediction.
• Drive the setup, maintenance, and optimization of production-like QA test environments.
• Provide technical mentorship to QA and SDET engineers while reviewing test architecture and code quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related work experience in Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for scripting and model integration.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML solutions to optimize QA workflows.
• Experience designing intelligent test case generation and predictive defect analysis systems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with test result reporting tools such as Allure or Extent Reports.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles applied to software testing.
• Experience with mainstream defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
