You architect test automation frameworks and tooling solutions to enable scalable, efficient testing practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of custom tools, test harnesses, and automation frameworks for functional, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Define and execute automation strategies aligned with system architecture, guiding coverage improvements and CI/CD integration.
• Integrate AI technologies into QA workflows for intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and log analysis.
• Drive the setup, maintenance, and optimization of QA test environments to mirror production conditions.
• Mentor QA and SDET engineers while reviewing test architecture and code for quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for scripting and model integration.
• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions to optimize QA workflows and test coverage.
• Designing intelligent test case generation and predictive defect analysis systems.
• Applying NLP for requirement parsing, log analysis, and automated test creation.
• Building self-healing automation frameworks that adapt to UI/API changes.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and their application in software testing.
• Experience with mainstream defect tracking tools and test management tools.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD Pipelines.
