Description

Lead quality engineering initiatives, test method development, validation, and process control.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design inspection fixtures for Test Method Development using SolidWorks.
• Write protocols and reports for Test Method Validation, including Gage R&R.
• Create and route complex ECR packages using Windchill PLM or similar change management software.
• Devise sampling procedures and develop documentation for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production, testing, and measurement equipment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for fixture design.
• Experience with Windchill PLM or similar change management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience developing sampling procedures and quality reporting forms.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills applied to quality control engineering.
