Design and implement scalable, resilient automation frameworks and enterprise solutions, including AI-driven capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end automation solutions across business processes, infrastructure, and testing domains.
• Produce and review solution design documentation (PDD, SDD, DSD) ensuring alignment with standards.
• Own the automation platform ecosystem, including UiPath and related tools, managing performance, availability, and scalability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation issues to ensure business continuity and system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in automation engineering, RPA, DevOps, or test automation.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions.
• Experience with UiPath (preferred) or similar RPA platforms such as Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and testing domain automation.

• Experience with AI-driven automation capabilities.
