You will own the technical strategy and advanced development within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks across the enterprise.
• Architect scalable solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and complex third-party integrations.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a global team of senior developers and technical leads.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 3+ years in an Architect or Principal-level role.
• Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and multi-cloud environments.
• Deep experience with integration platforms, specifically MuleSoft.
• Proficiency with DevOps tooling: Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, Azure DevOps).
• Experience implementing advanced security features like OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 4 Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II and Application or System Architect.
