Description

You own the technical direction and development of complex Salesforce solutions across engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Optimize applications to meet performance requirements within governor limits.
• Provide technical guidance, lead code reviews, and establish coding standards for the team.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years on enterprise-scale applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with OmniStudio for process automation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of tenure in current or similar principal-level roles.
