Description

You will lead technical development and drive the architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development across multiple teams using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Design and build complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize applications to meet governor limits and handle bulk processing effectively.
• Provide technical mentorship, lead code reviews, and establish coding standards for the development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in the Salesforce environment.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Platform development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 10+ years of overall software development experience, with 5+ years on enterprise-scale applications.
• Demonstrated experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Experience implementing solutions using Platform Events and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
