Description

You will own the technical execution and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using native tools and third-party integrations.
• Configure and customize Salesforce components including Flows, Apex, objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Develop technical solutions using Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
• Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and organization-wide defaults.
• Oversee deployment processes using CI/CD best practices and maintain sandbox environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, design, and configuration.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
• Proficiency with Declarative Automation, Web Services, and Governor Limits.
• Experience managing data integrations and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD deployment techniques.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and design patterns for large data volumes.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Force.com Platform Developer II.
• Certified Application/System Architect.
