Description

Lead the design and implementation of SAP data, analytics, and AI strategies across multiple product and platform teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise-wide standards for DataSphere, BW/4HANA, SAC, and CDS views to ensure S/4HANA integration.
• Design complex semantic and virtualized models blending SAP and non-SAP sources into high-performance pipelines.
• Provide documented, production-grade architectural blueprints and mentorship to data engineers.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance teams to align SAP initiatives with agile workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical leadership in SAP data engineering and analytics environments.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA migrations, including DataSphere and BW/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of MDG, data quality frameworks, and AI/ML enablement.
• Experience with cloud integrations using Databricks and Azure.
• Proficiency in SAP Data Engineering.
• Ability to translate complex SAP architectures for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Active SAP or Cloud Provider certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
