Description

You will serve as the lead functional expert for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments, driving solution design and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and solutioning for SAP HCM modules.
• Manage complex integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Oversee SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits processes.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Functional Solution Analyst.
• 8+ years of experience with S/4HANA.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits.
• 8+ years of experience managing SuccessFactors integrations.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA.
• Strong SAP HCM Functional expertise.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
