Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development in LLMs, Multimodal AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Define and drive the Generative AI research roadmap.
• Develop innovative algorithms for generative modeling, NLP, and agentic systems.
• Lead research publications in reputed AI/ML conferences and journals.
• Design high-performance distributed training and inference pipelines.
• Build end-to-end GenAI systems including RAG and agentic workflows.
• Develop scalable backend microservices and real-time AI inference systems on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to deploy AI solutions.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers on AI research and development practices.

Experience Required:

• 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
• Strong experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Multimodal AI, and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and MLflow.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, model training, and inference optimization.
• Experience designing scalable GenAI, RAG, and agentic solutions.
• Research experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring AI/ML researchers or engineers.

Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
