Description

You will lead the development of security standards and architectural templates to drive SDL maturity across the IT organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop standards and guidance to increase SDL maturity within IT teams.
  • Guide infrastructure teams toward automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps methods to replace manual processes.
  • Create implementation-specific architecture templates that satisfy security policy and standards.
  • Conduct security reviews and provide technical recommendations for high-level and low-level designs.
  • Mentor application development and infrastructure teams on security concepts and solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in security architecture or related roles.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Technical understanding of on-premise infrastructure, networking, OS, and virtualization.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven ability to align security frameworks with organizational policies and craft technical or process-based controls.
  • Experience implementing SDL in non-software contexts, including infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) for people and systems.
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
