Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow configuration, development, implementation, and support activities.
• Act as a ServiceNow SME and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and maintain ITSM, CMDB, and Service Mapping modules.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal, external, and legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and platform-related problems.
• Support platform maintenance, governance, and continuous improvements.
• Participate in on-call support for critical production issues.

Experience Required:

• 8 - 15 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development.
• Strong experience with CMDB and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript for client-side and server-side scripting.
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations with internal and legacy systems.
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
• ServiceNow SME or technical leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience with Service Portal, HTML, and CSS is an added advantage.
