Description

Lead complex ServiceNow implementations for operational risk and security.

Design and implement solutions within ServiceNow focusing on Risk, Security Operations, or GRC modules. Configure and manage ServiceNow SecOps and Risk solutions, including IRM, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence. Develop functionality across modules like Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Vendor Risk Management. Operate and enhance the Security Operations Workspace within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations focused on operational risk and security.
• Design and implement solutions within Risk, Security Operations, or GRC modules.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow SecOps and Risk solutions, including IRM and Threat Intelligence.
• Develop functionality for Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Operate and enhance the Security Operations Workspace within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 5+ years as a practitioner in Security Operations, Internal Controls/Audit, or Asset Manager.
• Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps and Risk solutions.
• Expert knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Familiarity with Policy and Compliance Management and Audit Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
