Good to Have Skills: Experience with Gunicorn containerized deployments, knowledge of LlamaIndex AI orchestration frameworks, familiarity with Pinecone, AWS Knowledgebase, Chroma vector databases, experience handling OpenAI outages with fallbacks to smaller models, and supporting AWS based applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI/Machine Learning models including LLM pipelines, RAG, Agent-based systems and Vector database integration.
• Understand and optimize latency across RAG and model calls to improve system performance.
• Deploy AI models into production using MLOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for scalable solutions.
• Optimize models for scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.
• Handle incident response and troubleshooting for AI systems, including resolving slow RAG performance and API rate-limit issues.
• Diagnose and manage cost-related issues including unexpected spend spikes caused by inefficient prompts and misconfigured AI workloads.
• Collaborate with Developers, DevOps, and application teams to build AI enabled systems effectively.

Experience Required: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and production deployment with strong background in managing AI system lifecycle
