Description

Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of the Customer Data Platform on Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define data flows from ingestion and transformation to activation and consumption for 360° customer views.
• Design data models, marts, and analytical layers for segmentation and personalization.
• Integrate data from CRM, marketing, sales, web analytics, and product telemetry sources.
• Establish data governance, security, and privacy frameworks ensuring GDPR and CCPA compliance.
• Mentor data engineering teams on Snowflake performance, cost optimization, and CI/CD automation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in data engineering and architecture, with at least 4 years focused on Snowflake.
• Proven track record designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms or large-scale analytical ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture: Virtual Warehouses, Secure Data Sharing, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel.
• Hands-on experience with ELT frameworks such as DBT.
• Experience with data ingestion tools like SnapLogic, Matillion, or Workato.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
• Solid understanding of data governance, MDM, and metadata management concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML or real-time data activation within a CDP.
• Experience in client-facing consulting environments.
