Description

Lead technical strategy and hands-on implementation for complex enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop reference implementations, tooling, and abstractions while contributing 40-60% of your time to hands-on POCs and prototypes.
• Embed with engineering teams to guide complex initiatives, remove blockers, and ensure critical designs are implemented in production.
• Define and influence policies, standards, and best practices that balance risk management with value generation.
• Maintain and extend enterprise knowledge bases, including standards, templates, and guidance for engineering teams.
• Drive adoption of new platform capabilities through experiments, pilots, and controlled rollouts with training plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software architecture or large-scale systems.
• 5+ years of deep expertise in at least one business-critical domain (cloud platforms, microservices, data/streaming, or AI/ML).
• Expert in the MS technology stack: C#, .NET, SQL.
• Strong experience with Azure services, including AKS, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, and managed services.
• 8+ years of proven experience in core business-critical technology.
• Familiarity with SOX, SOC2, and GLBA compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Background in mortgage or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
