Description

Architect and implement complex, large-scale enterprise solutions, specifically within 5G Network Slicing and telecommunications domains. Own the end-to-end technical approach, drive modern engineering practices, and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot complex performance issues and communicate technical designs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design large-scale enterprise applications with a focus on full-stack development and microservices.
• Drive the end-to-end technical approach, promoting modern methods, tools, and processes across the team.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to improve code quality and architectural understanding.
• Communicate technical designs and proposals to engineering leaders, stakeholders, and peers.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues and provide technical solutions for network operations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in solution development.
• Proficiency with Java, JPA, JDBC, REST APIs, and Eclipse Microprofile.
• Extensive technical knowledge of multiple programming languages and design patterns.
• Deep telecommunications knowledge covering L1, L2, and L3 connectivity and networks.
• Experience with network operations: discovery, monitoring, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of telecom frameworks: ETSI MANO, TMF (Open APIs and ODA), and MEF LS0.
• Modeling experience with Relational, Graph, and Time Series databases.
• Implementation experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and predictive analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science engineering or equivalent.
