Description

You will lead the architecture and governance of scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, services, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, services, and data platforms.
• Implement automated validation for databases, pipelines, and system integrations to ensure data quality and reconciliation.
• Embed automation and quality gates within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to improve execution speed and release confidence.
• Integrate AI-driven quality practices using Copilot and other AI tools to accelerate test generation and failure analysis.
• Mentor SDETs to elevate automation maturity, coding standards, and quality engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SDET, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering with enterprise-scale systems.
• Expertise in UI, API, and data quality automation.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience with Playwright or Selenium.
• Advanced SQL for database and data quality validation.
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD quality gates in Azure DevOps.
• Experience leading automation strategy and influencing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
