Description

Lead the end-to-end development cycle and technical direction for Android applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering with stakeholders to final release planning.
• Monitor and resolve app health issues, production bugs, and consumer-facing problems.
• Mentor developers on clean coding practices, design patterns, and architectural standards.
• Modernize development tools and processes to improve app stability and scalability.
• Drive the creation of MVPs and implement new technical ideas within the team.

Required Skills

• 9–12 years of industry experience with a proven track record of architecting at least two applications.
• Deep expertise in Android Architecture, Building Blocks, Lifecycle, APIs, and Framework.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android UI Design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Unit Testing, TDD, and CI practices.
• Practical knowledge of MVP and MVVM architectural patterns.
• Experience with technical management and people management.
• Proficiency in handling API responses, including security and caching.
• Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Insights, Payment, or Advertisement systems.
• Basic understanding of AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
