Good to Have Skills: Experience with Message Queuing (MSMQ) / ESB, knowledge of TDD / ATDD practices (FitNesse preferred), exposure to Agentic AI concepts/tools, experience with PowerShell scripting, previous experience in mentoring and leading teams, international project experience, UML and design documentation experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end applications using Microsoft technology stack for scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular (12+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 technologies.
• Work on n-tier architecture and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment to deliver quality software.
• Write and maintain unit tests using XUnit, NUnit or MS Test frameworks for code quality.
• Implement RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integration with various systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain system stability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in code reviews and recommend best practices to maintain high code quality standards.

Experience Required: 8–12 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologies with strong backend and frontend development skills
