Architect, build, and optimize cloud-scale, multi-tenant services and robust APIs for enterprise SaaS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud-native, multi-tenant Java services using Spring Boot, including REST/OData APIs and data access layers.
• Own end-to-end engineering: solution design, implementation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production operations.
• Implement robust database models using JPA/Hibernate; tune SQL and manage schema changes.
• Build event-driven and batch processing components using Kafka and apply resilience patterns.
• Establish and evolve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and automated testing frameworks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 12–14 years in Java/J2EE development.
• Mastery of Java 11/17+, including collections, streams, generics, and concurrency.
• Expertise in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security) and/or Jakarta EE.
• Strong skills in REST/OData API design and building large-scale, distributed systems.
• Proficiency with RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), advanced SQL, query optimization, and schema design.
• Experience with messaging (Kafka), caching (Redis), and at least one NoSQL store.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills, including JVM/GC tuning.
