Description

You own the full software lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and design scalable software solutions aligned with quality standards.
• Plan, lead, and execute moderate to high-budget projects, managing milestones and deadlines.
• Draft, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and automated scripts for unit, string, and parallel testing.
• Triage tickets, perform root cause analysis, and manage incidents using ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Salesforce.
• Train team members, conduct performance testing, and refine quality assurance strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and application support.
• Expertise in ticketing systems: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and Salesforce.
• Strong background in troubleshooting, log analysis, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in designing test data and executing test procedures.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience managing user expectations and providing technical support to functional groups.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of low-code or configuration-based platforms.
• Experience with release management and defect tracking.
