Description

You will own the stability, scalability, and performance of the AI inference platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend components using Python, Go, and Rust.
• Build and improve testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Drive engineering excellence and software quality across the platform.
• Collaborate with ML, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to solve AI inference challenges.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building backend systems in Python, Go, or Rust.
• Deep understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm Charts.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable service design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing Kubernetes Operators and cloud-native systems.
• Familiarity with AI inference serving, orchestration, and ML application optimization.
