Description

We’re looking for someone with:
• 5-7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend depth, preferably Python and Go
• Frontend experience with modern frameworks, preferably React
• Experience designing scalable, reliable systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and distributed systems
• Bias for clarity, simplicity, and long-term maintainability
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical standards
• Practical curiosity around using AI to improve engineering, product, and operational workflows

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system problems, shaping architecture, improving engineering standards, and building products where correctness, security, uptime, and maintainability really matter
