Description

Design and develop high-performance Layer 2 networking software components and data-plane applications using Embedded C++ and DPDK.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Layer 2 networking software components using Embedded C++.
• Optimize data-plane applications with DPDK for low-latency, high-throughput packet processing.
• Lead software development for networking features and performance-critical systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive software development best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate networking components into end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of experience in software engineering and systems development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Embedded C++ for performance-critical applications.
• Deep understanding of DPDK and high-performance packet processing.
• Proven expertise in Layer 2 networking software development.
• Strong grasp of computer architecture, operating systems, and multi-core programming.
• Experience in systems software and data plane development.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Engineering or related technical field.
