You will own the architecture, development, and delivery of critical backend systems and web services, ensuring scalability and technical excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient architectures for complex distributed systems.
• Lead development of critical features, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and proactively mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs or web services.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages, specifically Python or Java.
• Expertise in AWS services including EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS (Postgres), and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and testing best practices.
• Experience with system design and Agile methodologies (Scrum).
