Description

You will provide architectural direction and technical leadership for .NET Core and Azure-based web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical lifecycle of software products, from architecture to production readiness.
• Lead engineering teams through mentorship, technical reviews, and code quality standards.
• Document architectural decisions and act as a liaison between engineering, design, QA, and product.
• Integrate Agentic AI tools into development workflows to enhance team productivity.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical recommendations, effort estimation, and candidate interviewing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on .NET Core web applications.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-scale application development.
• 2-3+ years of experience in cloud application architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience with serverless, container-based, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with emerging agentic AI software development tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a coding bootcamp, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Full stack development experience, specifically with Next.js and React.
• Experience with .NET desktop application development.
• Background in Data Engineering or ML Engineering.
