You will lead technical direction and implementation across multiple distributed teams, ensuring long-term maintainability, security, and performance of enterprise solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and direct multiple teams on implementation best practices and technical standards.
• Design pragmatic enterprise-level solutions through collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Make high-level architectural decisions to ensure system longevity and security.
• Defend design decisions and bridge communication between development and non-technical departments.
• Drive high-availability and high-performance design patterns across the product.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with Java and common frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level design, architecture, and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience with RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with MySQL.
• 5+ years of experience applying security best practices for software and data platforms.
• Experience with Angular or similar frontend technologies.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively with global, distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PHP.
• Experience with Node.js.
