Description

You will lead system architecture design for complex products, ensuring security, compliance, and performance targets are met.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Mentor best practices for testing, performance tuning, and code quality, defining success metrics.
• Provide technical leadership during code reviews to ensure reliability, scalability, and goal alignment.
• Partner with product managers to define service requirements and integrate feedback into future designs.
• Lead proactive and reactive development to resolve cross-team issues using expert debugging tools.
• Drive development quality improvements through tooling, automation, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience delivering production software in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Experience contributing technical solutions to high throughput services in production.
• Experience with systems profiling tools and distributed systems performance tuning.
• Ability to lead technical risk assessment and contingency planning.

Preferred Skills

• Designing and operating high-throughput cloud-native distributed systems in production.
• Deep understanding of performance profiling and telemetry-driven optimization, especially in Go.
